Virtual switchboard:    Connect several home-based workers to our virtual switchboard service via the internet.  Call each other free of charge.   Calls to the business number can be answered by anyone.  Transfer calls between extensions of charge.   The Costs is jus £7 per month plus £5 for each extension.

Virtual receptionist:    Divert your business calls to our FlexPA service and one of our ladies will answer your calls in your business name and pass on important messages by email, SMS or a call to your mobile.  Give people a personal professional & response every time, never be engaged and never let your next caller become someone else’s customer.

Business Organiser:    Teamserver2 is powerful web-based business management system that lets you keep track of your leads, sales, customers, suppliers, contacts, projects and invoices.   Everyone in your team can access your business data from anywhere without the need for an office-based server.      

VoIP office server:   A telephone switchboard (PBX) appliance designed to work with our internet-based telephone service.  It can plug into your existing computer network and telephones can share the same sockets as your PCs.  It is much cheaper and easier to expand than traditional telephone systems and is easily configurable to meet your changing needs. 

Mobile phone tracker:  For £50 p.a. per phone you can see its current location updated every two minutes on detailed map Ordnance Survey map on your PC.   Check that your sales or service staff are where they should be or use it to provide extra security for potentially vulnerable employees.
